Depression takes us in many directions. It revolves around our body, mood and thoughts which then affects our eating habits, emotions, confusion, self doubt, self harm, irritability, fatigue, poor health, insomnia to name but a few. The best thing for you to know is that there is help to gain positive change. Why do people not receive help, because they are embarrassed, scared, have a feeling of judgement against them, but I would like to tell you that you are amazing why, because you have just recognised some of you in this paragraph. Big step forward already.
